Ideal for most precision temperature control processes in laboratories, R&D applications and precision engineering industries. Output of the controller can be provided through potential free relay contacts or solid state relay.

OMEGA offers a wide range of custom built thermocouples, RTDs (PT100, PT50 & PT1000) with suitable outer sheathing to suit thousands of process applications, such as heat treatment, furnaces, ovens, thermal power stations, fertilizer and chemical plants, cement & sugar plants, plastic & rubber industries, steel plants, etc, etc. We manufacture various kinds of heating elements, such as ceramic & mica band heaters for injection moulding units, cartridge & U shaped air heaters, finned heaters, refractory heaters, immersion heaters for water, oil & chemicals. Heating elements for industrial furnaces and ovens are made out from KANTAL A1, D, Nikrothal or Nichrome wires and strips for temperatures upto 1200 ºC, as per customer’s specifications and drawings.
